Why can’t you show me prices now?

We know prices are a key consideration when you’re making a big purchase, but unfortunately it’s tricky to display price estimates for something as specific as a personal move abroad. Our suppliers like to discuss their prices over the phone, and the process also makes it much easier for you to ask any questions you may have.

Why do I have to fill out a form to get accurate prices?

Prices are calculated on a case by case basis - not a ‘one size fits all’ solution. In order to get a really accurate price, we need to ask you a few simple questions so that we can understand your requirements. This helps us connect you with suitable leading providers.

Where will my details go? Will they be secure?

Your privacy is very important to us. We’ll store your data securely, and we’ll only ever pass it onto trusted partners who can provide the service you’ve requested. We have a data retention policy that clearly sets out how long we keep your data, and of course you’re entitled to ask us to remove your details from our system at any time.

How do we make money?

When you submit a request and we connect you with relevant providers, they pay us a small fee for making that connection.
